Below are some common questions about shipping and turn-around-times.
Do you accept PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?
No, unfortunately. Our couriers are not associated with the postal service therefore will not deliver to a post office box or locker.
When will my order be dispatched?
We endeavour to have your order shipped within 1 business day of purchase. This could take up to 5-7 business days depending on the volume of orders or during busier periods.
When will I receive my order?
That is a good question and is heavily dependant on the delivery address. Please refer to the below guide:
Australian Metro Cities: 1-7 business days
Australian Rural Cities: 4-14 business days
International: 6-27 business days
Can you send internationally?
You bet. We can send to most countries in the world though some countries may have restrictions or limitations.
Do you offer returns?
We do not offer returns for change of mind. If the product is damaged or faulty, contact us at hello@tastelessbaker.com and we will organise a replacement or a refund.
